If you haven't noticed I am a little obsessed with Target and their designer collaborations. I am marking April 18th on my calendar as this is the day both the Eugenia Kim hat collection and the Cynthia Vincent shoe collection will hit Target stores. Here are some of the pieces that really caught my eye. I think I am going to have to grab up that baby blue fedora and those yellow wedges.
