I just finished watching Broken Embraces. The film is written and directed by Pedro Almodovar. Mr. Almodovar has done it yet again. The storyline is a mixture of comedy and drama. It is almost like a film within a film. The cinematography was absolutely beautiful. It is definitely worth watching.

Feeling Blessed
I feel extremely blessed today. I enjoyed this beautiful Easter day with the people in my life who mean so very much to me (some were missing). It was so wonderful to get together with my extended family. We always laugh until our sides ache. We enjoyed a lovely meal at my mothers house. Pictured below is some of the tastiness that I contributed to the festivities...

Peeps Inspired Polish

Nothing quite says Easter like pastel colored Peeps. So, why not paint your nails to look like Easter eggs!? These pastel nail polishes from Illamasqua are the perfect shades to celebrate the season.

Put Some Spring Into Your Step

Here's a little spring shoe inspiration. BTW, I think I may have died a little when I laid eyes on those pink Miu Miu's. I first saw them via Alexa Chung's twitter. Gorgeous!

MY DIY PROJECT: STUDDED CHUCKS
So, my next DIY project is studding an old pair of white low top Converse sneakers that I've had for what feels like forever, a la Christian Louboutin. I am kind of torn on what type of studs to buy. I am leaning more towards the ones pictured above with the Campbells soup can, but I would like to get different opinions. Let me know which one you like better in the comments section. Thanks!
