DIY: Jeweled Cuff

While organizing my craft/DIY box this weekend I was happy to discover that I had all the necessary materials for this quickie DIY.  I used some left over suede from the Native American headdress I made for Halloween, sticky back Velcro, E-6000 glue, an old brooch, and a scissor.  The end result was a casual yet statement making piece of arm candy.

Puff Paint Peacock Pin

You may have seen this peacock brooch in its original state here.  I was organizing my craft box and came across some puff paint.  My creative wheels started turning so I decided to revamp my pin.  This brooch was originally a sample.  The stones were never set.  All I did was fill in the little holes with different shades of paint and voilà there you have it!
