The Limited Edition Nars Andy Warhol Collection

When you combine some of the best makeup on the market and one of the most innovative artists of his time, you get the Andy Warhol collection for Nars.  The 29 piece collection captures the spirit of Warhol — and his many muses, including Edie Sedgewick, Debbie Harry and Candy Darling.  The collection arrived in stores in time for the 25th anniversary of the Pop artist’s passing, and were released in two parts: core products on Oct. 1 at Sephora and holiday-focused kits and palettes on the Nars website Nov. 1.  I need at least one piece of this collection in my life before the vultures start selling it on Ebay for 3 times the price!

My make up and beauty routine changes pretty frequently. It's the easiest way to keep your look fresh and new. Here are my current beauty go to's...

As you may already know I am a HUGE fan of nail art as seen here, here, and here, but sometimes I have to revert back to the classics - long almond shaped nails with nude polish - namely Brooch The Subject by Essie

I recently updated my morning skincare regimen - Liquid Neutrogena cleanser applied with a Buf Puf followed by Neutrogena's Healthy Skin Radiance Cream. I'm super pleased with the results.

I can't even explain how OBSESSED I am with Revlon's lip products. The color pay off on the lipsticks is always great, the lip butters are super moisturizing and come in amazing colors, and the gloss is not sticky AT ALL. I love wearing the Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters topped with a layer of Revlon Colorburst gloss. Pictured are Creamsicle and Sweet Tart lip butters as well as Sunset Peach and Crystal Lilac gloss.

If and when I have time, my work week make up routine is Concealer, mascara, Sincere blush by Mac and a dab of Roseubud Salve on my lips. That's it!

An evening out with the hubs calls for a quick olive smokey eye. The Revlon Colorstay eye liner glides on smoothly. I apply it to my top and bottom lids then smudge with Mac's Sumptuous Olive eye shadow. A few layers of mascara and I'm done.

Rodarte for MAC Sneak Peek

Here's a sneak peek of Rodarte's MAC collection, which launches on September 15th. The collection is inspired by Mexico's colors and culture, and the products are named accordingly. For example, one pink blush is called Quinceañera.  There is also a nail polish color causing some controversy.

I think I am going to have to get my hands on that lip gloss.

M.A.C. To The Beach Collection

M.A.C.'s just-launched color collection, "To the Beach," offers the perfect shades for when spending your time by the shore. As always the case with M.A.C. the packaging is lovely and the colors are beautiful. They even offer a really pretty beach bag to compliment the collection. I can’t wait to make my way To the Beach this summer.
