Cajeta Gelatin

 A few weeks ago I was searching through my mom's cupboards and I came across her beautiful wedding china.  Back in the day she would host little tea parties with my sisters and I.  She would bring out the china and we would all try to act very lady-like as we sipped our tea and nibbled on our sweets.  It's been years since the china has come out so I decided to put it to good use by preparing this recipe for cajeta gelatin.  Cajeta is very similar to dulce de leche.  It's made with goat's milk instead of cow's milk.  This rich, creamy dessert would be the perfect addition to our next tea party ; )
