DIY: Jeweled Cuff

While organizing my craft/DIY box this weekend I was happy to discover that I had all the necessary materials for this quickie DIY.  I used some left over suede from the Native American headdress I made for Halloween, sticky back Velcro, E-6000 glue, an old brooch, and a scissor.  The end result was a casual yet statement making piece of arm candy.
 {tools}
 {stick Velcro on opposite sides of suede}
{pin brooch to center of cuff, secure with glue}
{end result}
