Food Porn of The Week: Baked Bolognese

This recipe is perfect for those of you who aren't crazy about ricotta cheese (like my husband). You still get the creaminess of a ricotta thanks to the addition of a bechamel sauce. I pretty much followed the original recipe except I swapped ground beef for ground turkey and when making the bechamel I used 2 % milk instead of whole milk. This makes the perfect meal when accompanied by a nice caesar salad and a bottle of tasty red wine.

  7. Thanks glad you like! A bechamel is basically a milk based sauce. They use it a lot in French cooking. Sounds like a good idea. We need to think of a name. ; )
